The deliverable

What’s in the Plant Plan Deliverable

A 12-page Plant Plan PDF — site overview, eight bed-by-bed layout sheets (one per bed), full plant schedule, planting specifications, and a year-1 + ongoing care calendar. Two pages shown.

Plant Plan deliverable - Zone 1 bed-by-bed layout with plants drift-placed by species
Bed-by-bed layout extract — one full sheet per bed: polygon shape, plants drift-placed, conditions + species legend (eight sheets total in the full PDF, one per bed)
Plant Plan deliverable - full plant schedule with species, role, pot size, mature dimensions, spacing, quantity
Plant schedule extract — 13 species with pot, mature size, spacing and quantity per bed
Layered subtropical, screened to the boundaries, grown into what was already there. Eight beds traced and surveyed for sun, slope and drainage. Subtropical palette layered per zone — screening at boundaries, mid-storey under canopy, ground at the front. The full PDF also includes planting specifications (pot sizes, soil prep, mulch, staking) and establishment + ongoing care (week-by-week watering, year-1 calendar). Detailed enough to install yourself, hand to your preferred contractor, or submit for DA / council compliance where a planting plan is a condition of consent. Habitat is design-only — the plan is the handover document.
