Most clients start with the Concept Plan and proceed to the Masterplan when the build needs full setout, materials schedule, services intent and a 3D model. Designed and delivered personally by Kieran Morris — NZQA-qualified, 10+ years in the industry. Prices below are for standard suburban blocks (front + backyard) — acreage and larger or non-standard properties are quoted individually.
Softscape Plan
Summary
For a project where the layout’s already settled — your own garden with good bones, or a new build/reno with architect-produced plans in hand. Plants, materials and finishes that work as one look, right down to exterior colours and product selection.
Week
- Discovery chat (free ~30 min). Confirm fit and scope.
- Pay in full to lock in — work kicks off once the invoice clears and site info’s in.
- Full planting plan built (5–7 business days). Delivered to your Drive folder.
Who it’s for
Owners with the layout already decided who need the planting, materials and finishes resolved and pulled into one cohesive look. If the layout itself still needs deciding, the Concept Plan is a better fit.

- Planting specifications — pot size, spacing, depth, soil prep, mulch

- Workshop (on-site) or video consult (remote) — delivery mode is a logistics choice, not a price difference. Brief locked in.
- Concept + planting design (~2 weeks). Video walkthrough — revisions incorporated, plans finalised. Delivered to your Drive folder.

Owners with a standard block where the scope is clear from the outset, ready to lock in layout and planting in a single engagement.

Kieran builds your plans — concept, materials, planting, spatial model (Master Plan only). You review and refine.
Delivery
Final plans delivered. Hand them to your landscaper, or to several — you get comparable quotes from anyone you choose.
