Open Each Sample — Real Pages, Real Detail
Real projects, names removed. Every Habitat package is built around these three deliverables.
Concept + Planting Package
Concept presentation paired with the bundled plant plan — references, site overlays, key notes and design intent, annotated 2D concept plan, then the zone-by-zone planting layout with full species schedule. The complete design package your landscaper or contractor builds from.

Concept + Master Plan Package
Concept presentation, full master plan and the bundled plant plan — 3D site model, materials and plant schedules, layout details, drainage and lighting intent, plus the zone-by-zone planting layout. Contractor-ready for trades to quote and install — read alongside qualified engineers, certifiers, planners or architects where your project requires.

Habitat plans are built so the next person on site — landscaper, builder, certifier, irrigation contractor, council planner — has what they need without phoning back to clarify intent.
Plant-First Specification
Every species on the plan is specified for your soil, light, wind exposure and aspect. Mature size, root depth, salt tolerance — factored before the plant lands on paper.
Quote-Ready Schedule
Plant schedule with quantity, pot size and supplier. Materials schedule with sealants, edging, paving sizes. Contractors quote the same scope rather than their own interpretation.
Council & DA Compliance
Planting plans produced to the format the consent authority requires — species, qty, zone, mature dimensions and maintenance regime documented to the standard set in your DA conditions.
Coordinated Build Layer
Drainage runs, lighting circuits and finished levels integrate with civils and architecture. The plan reads alongside the surveyor’s site plan and engineer’s documentation, not against them.

Sample Plans FAQ
Are these the actual deliverables I’ll receive?
Yes. The samples on this page are real reductions of completed Habitat projects, with addresses and identifying detail removed. Your project gets the same structure, scaled to the brief and tailored to your site.
Can my landscaper or builder quote directly off these plans?
A Master Plan captures design, materials and construction intent — plant schedule, materials schedule, layout details and drainage intent. Contractor-ready for trades to quote and install. Habitat plans are read alongside qualified engineers, certifiers, planners or architects where the scope requires their input.
Can a Plant Plan be used for council DA conditions?
Yes. Plant Plans can be produced to the format requested by the consent authority — species list, qty, zone, mature dimensions and maintenance regime. We confirm what your DA conditions require before drawing.
Are setout dimensions on these plans survey-grade?
Habitat plans are issued for design coordination and quoting. For certified setout, survey-grade levels, or formal council submission, the plan is read alongside a registered surveyor’s site plan or engineer’s documentation. We’ll flag where this applies on the Discovery Call.
How long until I have a sample-quality plan for my project?
Concept + Planting is typically ~2 weeks. Concept + Master Plan is ~3 weeks. A standalone Plant Plan is ~1 week. We map your specific timeline on the Discovery Call.
