Recently completed prestige build — architecture, hardscape and finishes all dialled in. The planting was the one piece that hadn’t caught up. From the street you read the build first and the garden second, and the garden was undermining everything else.

A Plant Plan was the right tool for the job: targeted, high-leverage, no rework on what was already done. Species chosen for the architecture, the orientation, and the way the property reads from the kerb — planting that frames the build instead of competing with it. The brief was simple: maximise ROI and aesthetics, fix the one thing that was holding the property back.
